To get tracks that can move, print them with flexible PLA. If you use standard PLA for the tracks, soaking them in 60°C warm water will make mounting them easier (depending on the filament used). Printing the tracks with brim should help hold the printed parts onto the build platform. Since the axis for the track reels and the holes of the reels are concentric, a little oil may help mount the reels onto the axis. The fit of the parts (especially the track reels onto the axis) depends heavily on the filament used and also the print temperature. It might be necessary to adjust the size of the reels slightly using the slicer software after a first test print. Support is needed for the chassis and the first arm. Overall, printing the required parts isn't a difficult task. Have fun!
