Excaliburr Redux

The originating puzzle gave me problems when I printed it. The pieces fit very tightly (there appeared to be no tolerance between the pieces allowing free motion) and the tabs/holes for the sword parts didn't line up. Also, (and this is just my OCD talking) the bevel was inconsistent from piece to piece. To resolve this, I re-built each of the thing pieces from scratch in Blender. Making them precise was easy to do as the things are made up of a series of connected cubes. They were then given just enough tolerance/play between the pieces for free movement without compromising the original intent of the puzzle. Finally, they were given a consistent, simple one-cut bevel. ### UPDATED Jan 30, 2023 I noticed that the orientation of the sword does not match that of the original puzzle. And given that the sword needs to be shifted during the solution, this orientation fix will be important. In addition, the sword blade itself was adjusted to be better centered on the sword blade stand. This update affects the pieces `Bright_red_Sword_Stand` and `Sword_blade`. ### Assembly instructions & Solution I've re-included the solution file and assembly images provided by J-barry. I don't personally plan to peek at the solution, but the assembly instructions came in quite handy more than once. ### Printing The source files that were used in tis remix were a bit smaller than the original puzzle. Print all things at 120% to print at 1:1 with original puzzle. Some parts require multiple printed copies. They are: Box_ends (2 copies) Pillar_box_X4 (4 copies) thing1_Light_Blue_And_Yellow (2 copies)
