<h4><strong>Parts:</strong></h4><p>4 different versions are provided, which contain various levels of detail:</p><ul><li>"Excalibur Campus Full" contains the main tower and its power regulators, as well as the surrounding generators and solar panel arrays</li><li>"Excalibur Campus Reduced” is also fully detailed but removes parts of the base to save material</li><li>“Excalibur Tower Detailed” includes only the tower and power regulators, but still leaves a suggestion of surrounding structures</li><li>“Excalibur Tower Only” includes only the main tower and power regulators</li></ul><h4><strong>Settings:</strong></h4><p>Pre-sliced .3mf files are provided for "Excalibur Campus Reduced” and “Excalibur Tower Detailed”. In these files, an extra box object is added to allow the tower to cool properly while printing. Additionally, the top of the tower prints separately from the base for easier support removal. The top sits on a raft to account for the layer-based color change, but it can be laid flat on the build plate if a smoother bottom surface is desired.</p><p>I recommend adjusting the size scale depending on the nozzle size. For a 0.4mm nozzle, I scaled the model at 1.8x.&nbsp;</p><p>The model can be printed in several colors without an MMU, using only layer-based color changes.</p><p><strong>Updates:</strong></p><p>11/22/22 - geometry at the tip of the tower reinforced</p>
