Excalibur Puzzle tighter tolerance

Hello, I've made some adjustments to the Excalibur puzzle design to prevent the pieces from shifting around while holding it. Additionally, I've posted my assembly step drawings for reference. All of the pieces fit together relatively easily until the final layer, where you'll need to push them up past the posts to insert the pink piece. Make sure it's oriented correctly as it fits both ways. Once that's in place, the dark brown piece should slide right in. It may require very light sanding, but it will still function properly even without it. I initially created this design using Mastercam Trial so I could machine one from steel, but after realizing I could print a prototype to test the tolerance, I was able to skip re-creating everything in Blender thanks to Shadow burn68's help. However, there were some issues with your original drawing that I've addressed with my own 100% accurate version for anyone still looking at it.
