I modified the original dispenser made by mkelly to accommodate our standard box sizes at the fire department. I scaled it up to fit boxes commonly used in our area, and the new dimensions are: 136.52mm wide x 95.25mm deep x 170mm tall (5.37in x 3.75in x 7.05in). This size should work well with most standard-sized exam glove boxes. If you find it too tight, try expanding it by about 2% for a looser feel similar to commercial dispensers. The print was relatively easy - my default settings worked fine, and the job took around 9.5 hours to complete. I'm sure you could increase the print speed without much trouble.
