Exact Change CAD

thingiverse

People typically save just enough Canadian cash to make exact change every time they buy something. When you add in smaller bills, slide-in your last big bill carefully. Carry these notes and coins in your pocket or purse to ensure you are not holding more money than needed for any single transaction. You can print this method with the large opening at the top to respect the 45-degree overhang rule, which will need a rotation. This technique is used to find out what combination of bills should be added together. It works by taking small notes from smallest to largest and selecting the maximum amount that won't reach or exceed the total of the next bigger bill. This is repeated for every size note.
