Its native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scenes were rendered in 3ds Max 2016 using Vray 3.00 The iconic building that was once the hub for the Royal Theatre's movies after it closed has undergone numerous transformations over the years, including its time as a popular disco venue. Although it's considered part of the city's urban heritage preservation plan, its current status remains uncertain. An ancient tower model stands tall (although now mostly concealed by the surrounding structures), which originally formed part of an old liquor factory and interestingly functioned as an announcer's auditorium for some time.
