EVOLVE GEN2 MOTOR MOUNT REPLACEMENT

EVOLVE GEN2 MOTOR MOUNT REPLACEMENT

Hi. I was breaking again the Evolve GEN2 motor mount (on a bamboo Street) And i was not able to purchase genuine merchandise since it's out of stock and remains like that. So i had no choice but to build one. (or find some second hand one, but i prefer to let this option for non builder rider) I choose to order a custom lasercut stainless steel to my local sheet metal workshop. You can do the same with the provided DXF. I chose a 5mm thickness. Be carefull you'll have to thread the hole fixing the belt cover. I used M5 screw. If you intend to use a smaller screw you can or reduce the circles in the DXF (using Inkscape for exemple) or Freecad if you feel courageous. Then you'll have 5mm missing compared to the original aluminium plate, that's why i designed a kind of spacer that you can find in stl. Remind to retighten screws after few rides for the first mount.
