Evolution Rage 5S Zero Clearance Insert

# Zero clearance insert for the Evolution Rage 5S Table Saw Prints in two parts and then slots together, could be glued for extra strength. Uses the metal parts from the original inserts locking mechanism. The design is based on the zero insert plates made by Dennis from Hooked on Wood (https://www.youtube.com/c/HookedonWood/about). There are three versions of the insert plate, a plain one, one with extraction holes, and one with extraction holes and cross cut grooves like Dennis did in his video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0boQ01NF508&t=523s. I don't know if the side dust extraction holes are a good idea or bad idea. Dust extraction on my saw doesn't seem to do much either way. #### No extraction holes and no fillet between the front and back pieces: * rage-5s-zero-clearance-insert-front.stl * rage-5s-zero-clearance-insert-back.stl #### Extraction holes and fillet between front and back pieces: * rage-5s-zero-clearance-plain-insert-front.stl * rage-5s-zero-clearance-plain-insert-back.stl #### Extraction holes, fillets between front and back, and crosscut grooves (hooked on wood style): * rage-5s-zero-clearance-hooked-on-wood-insert-front.stl * rage-5s-zero-clearance-hooked-on-wood-insert-back.stl
