Evolution dock adapter

To improve the Lightning adapter's fit, I tightened its hole around the cable end. Additionally, a cable lock feature was incorporated to keep the cable neatly tucked below the dock while allowing flexibility. You can view this modification at http://a.wholelottanothing.org/2012/10/lightning-adapters-in-the-elevation-dock.html. For assembly, I used screws from my collection that matched the dock's holes for securing the cable lock part. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the screw size.
