I created this as a randomizer for the climate in the Evolution: Climate expansion for Evolution. The climate itself is quite fascinating, but players can collectively wield too much control over it. This die randomly adds 0, 1 or 2 suns or snowflakes to shake things up and disrupt their collective grip on the climate.
