Evolution Box Organizers
thingiverse
These are two organizers for the Evolution board game. Specifically, they're designed for the latest Kickstarted version - but dimensions might vary across all editions. Inside this thing, you'll find two trays. One is dedicated to holding "Population" and "Body Size" tokens, which fits snugly under the dinosaur and comes equipped with a convenient handle that makes it easy to pull up. The other tray is specifically designed for food tokens. Its width matches the middle section of the folded food screen cardboard, so when packing up, you can lay down the food screens face down, then insert the tray into the box as shown. The food tray features a slight indentation that allows your fingers to grip it securely. The tokens are organized in groups of 10, making it simpler to count them out during gameplay. However, these organizers can be a bit stiff - you'll need to apply some pressure and squeeze slightly to get all 10 tokens into the tray. If someone wants to remix this design, they can do so using Tinkercad by visiting the following links: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/dlNZtpqspFP-evolution-organizer-food-holder# https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2NEsifueVZZ-evolution-organizer-cube-holder# One note: The food holder is a tad too tight, so we found it more convenient to place 8 or 9 tokens in each slot before gently inserting the remaining one or two into the middle and pushing them towards the edges. If I were to reprint these organizers, I'd revisit the Tinkercad files and widen the holes by about 10-15%.
