I build the custom knob to fit an Evinrude 9.9 HP 2-stroke outboard, replacing its original broken knob. To customize it, I cut a small piece of colored filament to match the indicator bar hole at the top of the knob and secure it with a tiny drop of CA glue before pushing it into place. **CAUTION: When enlarging the bottom hole, use a driller (5/6mm max drill bit) or a rounded file tool to ensure it fits snugly in the carb part with minimal pressure.**
