Stil in development a prop nut, nut and choke lever for Evinrude Fisherman 6hp from 1970. Original one is in plastic and with threads damages, so I decided to do a replacement. Prop Nut is an 1/2" 20 Thread UNF Make a test and fine tune diameter on your slicer (printing retraction my occur and fit is tight) I used PLA but will make another in PETG. Try 20 infill for tests and make final one with 100% infill. Cheers from Portugal.
