For build instructions and an overall review, check out my video on the puzzle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpSL6P8Kh2c The Evil Twin 4x4 is a unique puzzle that appears to be a standard 4x4 Rubik's Cube but is actually made by combining two 3x3 puzzles at a 2x2 corner block and then adding extra cubies to create the illusion of a larger cube. The first puzzle of this type was created by a member of the Twisty Puzzles forum back in 2007. I designed these extensions myself, using 3D-printed parts, in 2018, to make the final product look like a standard 62mm 4x4 cube. Unfortunately, the build process turned out to be much more tedious and involved than it should have been. I plan to revisit this puzzle in the future with a better design but I've still posted the files for this one, in case you want to go through all the steps necessary to make it. Nonetheless, it is a really fun and interesting puzzle, and I had a great time solving it. **Warning:** This puzzle requires a significant amount of materials, time, and effort to build. Make it only if you're looking for an Evil Twin that is precisely 62mm in size and don't want to wait for the redesigned version. I am not responsible for any wasted materials. **Required Materials:** -2x 30mm 3x3s -2x extension_corner_peg.stl -6x extension_edge_peg.stl -6x extension_center_normal.stl -12x extension_corner_normal.stl -12x extension_edge_normal.stl -10x extra_indented_cubie.stl -10x extra_normal_cubie.stl Watch the linked video for instructions on how to build this puzzle. If you have any questions, feel free to ask; if you want a quick response, post a comment on the YouTube video because I don't check Thingiverse as frequently.
