Rob TALPA's defense system is built around a metal made up of compressed molecules, which were taken over by the scientists and their families working on the project. It didn't have legs because it used advanced flight technology. The illustrations of the robots change throughout the comic, designed from various viewpoints with fine details omitted for easier printing.
