I started making my own wheels for the RC4WD Demolisher Tires to fit on a BaneBots P60 Gearbox. The orange wheels shown in pictures are not the final version - I found them to be too wide. Version uploaded is a bit narrower. Gear Boxes: I use BaneBots P60S-3333-57, P60 Gearbox: Standard, 129:1, For RS-500 or RS-700 Motor Motors: HobbyKing Turnigy XK3674-1400KV Brushless Inrunner ESC: I am using a HobbyKing 60A ESC 4A UBEC (F-60A) reflashed Tires: The RC4WD Demolisher Monster Truck 40 Series 3.8" (9.6" dia, 5.92" wide) I used 1.5" x 1/8" aluminum angle for the bottom of the sides. I also used 1.5" x 1/8" aluminum flat (two pieces) for the rest of the sides. The aluminum sheet for the bottom plate is 0.025". The aluminum the motor/gear boxes are bolted to is 2" x 1/16" angle. I have to trim the extra bit above the motor/gear box at the ends so it does not hit the wheels. Wheels are secured to the P60 with 1/8" key stock and two 10-32 x 3/4" set screws. I used 5mm cap head screws (16 mm long??) to secure the bead locks to the wheels. I will need to tap the holes first. Since M5 and 10-32 are very close, it is possible to use either type in either position. The aluminum square tubing on the bottom side is 3/4". It is used to house the motor wires going to the front wheels. I have included ESC mounts for RoboClaw 2x35A (not shown - motors I had were not powerful enough), so I ended up using the brushless ESCs indicated above. Mounting brackets for them are included. Need the A and B parts for both sides (B part the same for left and right.) The Aluminum U shaped channels on the bottom are edging for 1/2" plywood. I have included clips that can secure over the channels to hold items, such as the battery holder. There is an 1/8" gap between the bottom of the channels and the 0.025" aluminum bottom plate to allow the clips to grab around the channels. The STL plate is the solid green one in the pictures (rear of the vehicle in the pictures). The front plate in the pictures with the big hole in it was a temporary one to check the fit. All mounting hardware for the chassis is 5mm cap head bolts. The motor/gear box combo seems to have lots of power to turn the Demolisher tires. It's not a speed machine. I have included various thickness of motor spacers to go between the motor and the P60 gear box. No top built yet.
