EVGA DG-77 Case Front LED Mod

EVGA DG-77 Case Front LED Mod

I designed this mod for my EVGA DG-77 Case, giving it a smart and sleek gaming look that I really enjoy. However, I found the prominent display of the EVGA logo to be overbearing, so I decided to modify the front LED light to showcase interchangeable designs. To do this, you'll need to carefully disassemble the existing EVGA LED and drill a hole in the front panel to route the LED cable through. If you change your mind, you can always revert back to the original design. To enhance the lighting effect, I suggest printing out a diffuser using transparent PLA or you can opt for the 3mm Thickness Acrylic Opal Light Diffuser Translucent Sheet that I purchased from eBay, which works surprisingly well. To secure the LED case in place, I recommend using double-sided tape; it makes it easy to swap out front covers and keeps everything aligned properly. If you choose to use double-sided tape on the back, make sure the front cover is securely attached first so that it lines up correctly.
