Human: Name: Beachside Palm Scientific: Arenaria Allagoptera This Variation: 20 of 9 Habitat: Native to sandy beaches, it grows in tropical and sub-tropical regions where the soil is particularly warm. Range: The Arenaria Allagoptera has been spotted along many eastern Brazilian coastlines and now extends its reach to numerous tropical and subtropical shores worldwide. Notes: This small palm species thrives in sandy dunes along warm coastal beaches. It conceals a hidden trunk beneath the sand, rarely seen above ground. Ancient fossil records show this resilient plant predates most other palms on record. Included in this Collection: 20 models total Standard -- 189,697 polygons -- 1.47m tall. In peak health and ripe with fruit, but also displays minor yellowing leaves as a common condition. Useable for nearly any scene or application due to its moderate complexity. Distressed -- 167,691 polygons -- 1.47m tall. Exposing heightened damage to the foliage, as well as some broken fronds and diseases typical of aged palms in distressing situations. Unhealthy -- 104,496 polygons -- 1.15m tall. A palm in poor condition showing significantly impaired or dying foliage. Dead -- 18,244 polygons -- 71.39cm tall. The palm's fronds have died back and the plant has largely succumbed to neglect, only bearing remnants of its former presence. Young -- 177,677 polygons -- 1.24m tall. Halfway through maturity with most characteristics in place, including full height. Immature -- 148,475 polygons -- 79.42cm tall. At this early stage, the plant lacks several essential growth characteristics, specifically lacking fruit. No Fruit -- 186,742 polygons -- 1.47m tall. Very similar to standard model, only lacking fruit to preserve model details for applications at medium distance where details may be redundant or insignificant to performance requirements. No Dead Fronds -- 180,253 polygons -- 1.47m tall. As seen on an otherwise maintained environment, such as on resort beaches, the palm would appear as though completely trimmed back with only remaining healthy leaves present and untouched. Simplified -- 177,298 polygons -- 1.47m tall. Similar in structure to no dead fronds version, except without the complexity added from detailed features of its more comprehensive cousins such as no dead fronds or the full detailed model with normal frond count, a model specifically optimized for efficiency due to lowered poly counts used. Re-meshing is available upon request for those who would need custom tailored mesh optimizations based on various methods: quads only, tris or an entirely uniform re-arrangement - or a decrease of polygons. All provided modifications to our customers without added cost!
