Name: Seashore Palm Scientific: Allagoptera arenaria This Variation: 5 of 12 Habitat: The seashore palm grows abundantly in sandy soils, particularly on beachside areas, in tropical and sub-tropical regions. Range: This palm is endemic to the east side of Brazil, but has since spread to many tropical and sub-tropical beaches worldwide. Notes: A small palm tree often found in sandy dunes along tropical and sub-tropical beaches. It has a hidden trunk that rarely appears above ground. Fossil records show this plant is extremely old, probably predating all other palms. Included in this Package: 14 models in total Standard -- 489,971 polygons -- 1.34m tall.
