Habitat: This plant thrives on coastlines in brackish water and in swampy salt-marshes, thriving in tropical and sub-tropical climates where the air is warm and humid. Range: Found in estuarine ecosystems throughout the tropics, widespread throughout the Americas, Caribbean, Africa, Oceania, Australia, and other places around the world. Notes: The Red Mangrove LowPoly is probably the most well-known mangrove tree, characterised by its stilt roots that give it a unique appearance. Its seeds fully develop on the plant before dropping, surviving up to a year in salt-water, allowing it to colonise new territories with ease. Included in this Package: 12 models in total Standard -- 11,460 polygons -- 11.38m tall. Fully mature and in relative health, suitable for most scenes and applications where detail is required. Distressed -- 11,350 polygons -- 11.38m tall. Showing increased foliage damage and disease, as well as missing and broken branches, adding a touch of realism to your scene. Unhealthy -- 8,336 polygons -- 11.13m tall. In a relatively poor state with much of its foliage missing or diseased, perfect for scenes that require a sense of decay. Dying -- 6,829 polygons -- 10.94m tall. Tree is just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage, adding a sense of desperation to your scene. Dead -- 3,228 polygons -- 5.46m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage, its trunk may be broken part way up, perfect for adding a touch of realism to your scene. Uprooted -- 5,509 polygons -- 6.28m tall. Dead or dying tree that has fallen onto its side, it may be a full length trunk or a broken one, suitable for scenes where trees have been destroyed by wind or weather. Ancient -- 16,899 polygons -- 15.87m tall. A very old tree, larger than normal, considerably gnarled and with heavier, drooping branches, perfect for adding a sense of history to your scene.
