Habitat: This plant prospers on coastlines in brackish water and in swampy salt-marshes in tropical and sub-tropical climates worldwide. Range: Found in estuarine ecosystems throughout the tropics, widespread across the Americas, Caribbean, Africa, Oceania, Australia, and other regions. Notes: The most recognizable mangrove tree, this plant is characterized by its stilt roots giving it a well-known mangrove appearance. Its seeds fully develop on the plant before dropping and surviving up to a year in saltwater, allowing it to colonize new territories efficiently. Included in this Package: 12 models in total Standard -- 15,897 polygons -- 10.75m tall. Fully mature and relatively healthy, suitable for most scenes and applications. Distressed -- 11,515 polygons -- 10.67m tall. Showing increased foliage damage and disease, as well as missing and broken branches, making it ideal for dramatic effects. Unhealthy -- 11,406 polygons -- 10.6m tall. In a relatively poor state with much of its foliage missing or diseased, perfect for scenes requiring decay and neglect. Dying -- 6,153 polygons -- 10.6m tall. Tree is just hanging onto life, showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage, ideal for dramatic and intense scenes. Dead -- 1,677 polygons -- 3.59m tall. Showing only bare and broken branches and dead foliage, its trunk may be broken part way up, perfect for post-apocalyptic or desolate environments. Uprooted -- 5,838 polygons -- 3.85m tall. Dead or dying tree that has fallen onto its side, it may be a full-length trunk or a broken one, ideal for dramatic effects and scenes requiring destruction. Ancient -- 24,074 polygons -- 15.02m tall. A very old tree, larger than normal, considerably gnarled, and with heavier, drooping branches, making it perfect for historical or nostalgic environments. Young Mature -- 12,350 polygons -- 9.52m tall. Fully matured but not at its full height yet, suitable for scenes requiring a mix of youth and maturity. Young -- 4,819 polygons -- 5.99m tall. Smaller plant some halfway through its maturing cycle, ideal for scenes requiring growth and development. Immature -- 963 polygons -- 1.94m tall. The textures included in this pack are mainly 4k (4096x4096) to cater for detailed renders, this is the default map size and is included in each of the file format download files, no need for separate downloads. However these may be slow to load or render on some systems and may not be necessary in all situations. To allow for this, medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny 512x512 textures are also provided, ideal for scenes requiring faster rendering times and lower system demands.
