Name: Red Mangrove Scientific: Rhizophora mangle This Variation: 17 of 20 Habitat: Thriving on coastlines, this plant makes itself right at home in brackish water and swampy salt-marshes that flourish in tropical and sub-tropical climates. Range: Found growing abundantly throughout the tropics, widespread across the Americas, Caribbean, Africa, Oceania, Australia, and other far-flung regions. Notes: Earning its place as one of the most well-known mangrove trees, this impressive plant stands out with its characteristic stilt roots that give it the distinctive look that defines mangroves. Its seeds grow to full maturity right on the tree before taking the plunge into salt-water, allowing them to survive up to a year in their new surroundings and successfully colonise untouched territories. Included in this Package: 7 detailed models in total Standard -- 206,115 polygons -- 12m tall. In prime health with vibrant foliage, showng some disease-stricken and yellowing leaves which is only to be expected for this mature, fruiting model suitable for most scenes and applications. Distressed -- 223,947 polygons -- 12m tall. Taking a step down the path of decline with even more severe leaf damage and diseases plus some missing or broken branches which can help add realism to your project's settings. Unhealthy -- 203,374 polygons -- 13m tall. Currently in a pretty poor state of health, much of its once thriving foliage now ravaged by disease or destroyed. Dead -- 18,073 polygons -- 10.8m tall. Left with only bare and lifeless branches this model adds a sombre tone to any setting where the plant has long since succumbed to decay and loss. Young -- 129,101 polygons -- 6.3m tall. Smaller than its adult counterparts this tree stands as an in-between state with plenty of growth left to mature it out over time. Immature -- 34,393 polygons -- 2.3m tall. Yet to reach maturity the immature tree boasts a few, thinner branches along with vibrant foliage, offering an even smaller stature that is less prominent. No Fruit -- 166,468 polygons -- 12m tall. Functionally identical to the standard model but minus the extra detail needed to showcase its ripened fruit it saves time for you when creating and enhances visuals by avoiding a cluttered look, freeing up more system resources. LowPoly variations are available at no charge upon request as are remeshing modifications like adaptive mesh, uniform mesh, strict quads, tris or mixed polygons or indeed even increasing the amount of polygons - existing customers only. Also many other creative requests available with NO CHARGE if you've previously purchased this item including extra details and additions which I am eager to implement into any request you make.
