Big Sagebrush Scientific: Artemisia tridentata This package contains a comprehensive collection of staged models representing the entire life cycle of a single plant. It includes staged models for maturity, season, and health, featuring a total of 28 unique models. This specific species can also be found in 12 separate variations containing a subset of these staging models; look for them in the EVERYPlant store. The exact plant variation included in this extended package is exclusive and cannot be found in any other package. Habitat: This plant thrives in arid and semi-arid conditions throughout a range of cold desert, steppe, and mountain habitats. It is not considered a true desert plant but rather a resident of the steppe. Range: Native to the Intermountain West of North America, Big Sagebrush is the dominant plant across large portions of the Great Basin, covering 11 states. Notes: A coarse, many-branched, pale-grey shrub with yellow flowers and silvery-grey foliage, generally 0.5–3 m tall. Big Sagebrush is long-lived once it passes the seedling stage, reaching ages over 100 years. This species has a strong pungent fragrance due to camphor, terpenoids, and other volatile oils. It is an evergreen shrub, keeping some leaves year-round, although many are lost in late summer when it flowers. Included in this Package: 28 models Maturity: Seedling – 104 polygons – 2.5 cm tall. A smaller plant, halfway through its maturing cycle. Growing – 24,341 polygon – 1.83 m tall. The plant is now in its mature aspect and growing. Young Mature – 42,009 polygons – 2.16 m tall. Re-meshing available upon request for adaptive mesh, uniform mesh, strict quads, tris, mixed, poly increase or decrease, etc., with no charge to existing customers of the product. Many other modifications to models also available upon request at no additional cost to existing customers. Textures included in this pack are mainly 4k (4096x4096) for detailed renders, which is the default map size and included in each file format download. However, these may be slow to load or render on some systems and may not be necessary in all situations. To allow for this, medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny 512 textures are also available upon request.
