As with the 250ml enclosures previously designed for FACSARIA II cell sorters, this enclosure enables sorting to proceed seamlessly using 2x50ml or 1x50ml Falcon tubes. As a direct result, operators can now sort cells for extended periods of over 1.5 hours at high flow rates within a completely sealed unit. Some assembly is necessary as the adjustable arms must be printed separately beforehand. These arms are designed to be adjustable, ensuring a snug fit in all cytometers. This particular model is still in its prototype phase but will soon be ready for production. I added an optional single tube version to minimize the amount of filament used. Additionally, I'm not entirely satisfied with the block design and am working on an updated version featuring tilted tubes that facilitate 'hot swapping'.
