This is an Evaporation Tray that harnesses the power of recycled disposable see-through cups. You fill the central reservoir with water, place a used transparent plastic cup on top, preferably one that's been recycled, then position it under the sun and wait. As the sun heats up the water, it condenses on the roof of the cup, streaming down the sides into the peripheral reservoir, where clean drinking water is stored. This innovative solution aligns with the 6th UN Sustainable Development Goal: Clean Water and Sanitation. Evaporation Tray 1 can effectively utilize smaller generic-sized cups. When paired with a set of six or more trays and some spare cups, it can generate a substantial amount of drinking water within a couple of hours. Due to their simplicity, these trays can be mass-produced rapidly using recycled plastics.
