Remixed from Meisterodin's model at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1805621, I added some extra details including restraining bolt holes and sockets, vents on the back, shoulder guards, and text. I also strengthened one of the waist joints, which had broken off when inserting a ball. The core is made from a standard glass marble, 16mm in diameter, black or dark red, held with epoxy. While it normally would have an armor plate protecting the core, I like it as it is now. The jaw was intended to be attached with a wire as an axle but stays in and moves just fine without it. I also made a second jaw with nubs on its sides to form a tighter joint. If your joints are loose, adding some super glue to the ball or inner part while detached may help, but too much could cause cracking. I flipped one shin because they weren't symmetrical, but the ones I printed were old ones as I only noticed that afterwards. The horn is a bit hard to print and comes out best when printed vertically. Printing hands with fingers facing up is also a good idea. This was a good excuse to rewatch the series again in order to get some screenshots as reference material. The core.stl is just a ball but it's at the same scale as the rest so it can be used for scaling purposes. EVA_01-articulated.blend contains the unmodified model and can be used for reference on how to assemble it properly.
