Modern Adjustable wrech is a horrible tool. It's one of those tools that dares to to do something productive without losing your tempter. It either loosens while turning a bolt, or jams or tends to round the sharp corners of the bolt.Almost 100 years ago Edwin J. Evans invented this wrench. Unfortunately back then there were no CNC machines to mass produce his product economically. The modern wrench was easy to produce, drop forge, grind the flash, assemble and ship out. Evans' units had to be manually machined.MetMo group has raised funds to bring this back to life. This model is made using the pictures they have posted online. They have turned it to an executive toy with a price tag of $120+. Hopefully someone will manufacture this at a more competitive price someday.
