Evacuated Heat Pipe
grabcad
A heat pipe utilizes both thermal conductivity and phase transition principles to efficiently transfer heat between two solid surfaces. At the hot end, liquid in contact with a thermally conductive solid converts into vapor by absorbing heat, then moves to the cold side where it condenses back into liquid, releasing latent heat. The liquid returns to the hot end via capillary action, centrifugal force, or gravity, forming a continuous cycle. Heat pipes boast high heat transfer efficiency due to their excellent boiling and condensation properties.
