EVA LGX top with Microfit quick disconnect

This is a remix of the EVA LGX top (version 2.3) with added slots for Molex microfit connectors to allow printhead components to be individually connected and disconnected. It was designed with 4x 2 pin connectors for hot end heater and thermistor, hot end fan and print fan, 2x 3 pin connectors for an inductive probe and the X endstop and a 4 pin connector for the extruder stepper. STEP file is included for easy remixing to support other probes or components with different connector requirements, e.g. BL Touch. The Molex parts are 43640-0200, 43640-0300 and 43640-0400 for the male panel mount connectors which fit into the LGX top, and 43645-0200, 43645-0300 and 43645-0400 for the female plugs which attach to the various printhead components. You will also need suitable male and female crimp terminals for these. Molex parts 43030 and 43031. I have only tested this with the configuration above and with a remixed EVA cable holder but it should work fine with the standard EVA cable holder.
