Hi, sun is coming back !This is a template to customize with your own logo/texts and decorations.The base file is in PDF(2D format) and such, easy to customize using Inkscape or others.It may also be imported in 3D software to be extruded and 3D printed as you like (see files)Adjust your laser parameters according to the material your burn !I used 2mm EVA foam (very low price!) and used my K40 laser / Meerk40T software :-red lines are cut operations at 3mA 1000PPI-black color are raster operation at 3mA 400/500 PPI (find your own to avoid holes in the foam!)The visor part of the drawing only need a bit of glue to give it the final form (see images).The other parts are just inserted in oneanother. !Leave a message if you need clarification and post your remixes/creations !
