EVA 2 Carriage for Flsun I3

<p>Hi</p> <p>I wanted to share with you my remixed EVA2 carriage to fit the Flsun i3.</p> <p>Mod based on EVA project: <a href="https://2.eva-3d.page/">https://2.eva-3d.page/</a></p> <p>For this carriage to work you need to have an Mgn12 linear rail minimum of 300mm long a hotend, and an extruder that is compatible with the EVA2 carriage (look at the official website).</p> <p>In my Flsun I used V6 from Mellow and BMG clone extruder.</p> <p>You need to set up sensorless homing(which I'm using) or find out some kind of mount for the limit switch to your X wheel bracket to home the X axis.</p> <p>For my Flsun I used an inverted Z kit( <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3670906">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3670906</a> ) because the original one is bending a lot, you need to check if your Z axis would not interfere with carriage in some way. For the inverted kit, I used, you need to print remixed nut brackets.</p> <p>"belt_mount_V2.stl" fits in the top part that attaches to the mgn12h slider and I advise securing it with an m3 nut and an m3x8mm screw. This part is used to attach the belt</p> <p>"[Bottom] Mgn12_Flsun I3.stl" Is used to leave a space for the X-axis belt. You need 4-M3 nuts and 4-M3X10 or 12 bolts to fix it to the rest of the carriage, make sure that there is some space for the belt to pass by.
