I optimized the models by fixing all non-manifold parts and skillfully merged the meshes using boolean union to eliminate intersecting supports and random holes during printing. The knee blade supports have been significantly reinforced, and the shoulder pads are now securely attached to the torso. The provided .blend file has its non-manifolds corrected, but the meshes remain separate for easier editing purposes, as combining them would introduce excessive unnecessary geometry.
