For the ball bearing I employ a standard mouse ball as showcased in the picture. With the rubber intact they are approximately 7/8"/22mm in size. Without the rubber, they measure around 3/4"/19.02mm. This subtle variation results in a caster that is just slightly bigger than the OEM caster ~0.025"/0.7mm. The holes possess correct spacing, however, minor adjustments through drilling may be required to rectify imperfections. A 3/16" drill bit was utilized for this process. For the ball bearing I use a standard mouse ball as seen in the provided image. Exercise utmost care when cutting the rubber and avoid any motion towards yourself. With the rubber on, they are about 7/8"/22mm in diameter. Alternately, you could procure some 3/4" ball bearings for substitution. Without the rubber, they measure approximately 3/4"/19.02mm. This dimension results in a caster that is just slightly larger than the OEM caster ~0.025"/0.7mm.
