Remix of Eric Lien's Eustathios v2 Spyder belt tensioner, updated to accommodate 10mm cross bars, paired with 30mm graphite bushings while retaining a 15.9mm diameter opening. The new design also allows for the removal of cross rods without a complete disassembly of the x-y gantry. It turns out that cross bars can be removed from the original belt tensioners by sliding them to one side and lifting them out. This discovery simplifies maintenance tasks. The 8mm cross bar version is included, but it has not been printed or tested yet. This remix requires support material for printing, unlike the original design. To get optimal results, we recommend sticking with the proven original parts that have already undergone extensive testing on multiple machines.
