This is just a basic knob that I made for my EuroPro toaster oven, and I'm pretty sure it would fit others. It was designed using the original knob which had broken, modeled in Tinkercad, and I'm sure the aesthetics could be improved quite a bit but it fits and is functional so I'm happy with it for now. Was printed in ABS at 0.2mm with 60% infill and low density supports on my Davinci Pro, worked out pretty nicely, and seems very strong. Pro tip: use a flat headed screwdriver or a drill bit to clean the support structure out of the center hole or you'll have a hard time fitting it on the toaster oven.
