European 35mm Projector Core Adapter

This is an adapter for using 35mm plastic cores on a projector with European style reel spindles. That is, a 9mm spindle with a 5mm "dog" (or drive) pin with a distance of 4mm between the two. This was sized for my Philips FP3 projector where the dog pin is 12mm long. I have seen other European spindles with two dog pins so the part would need to be modified accordingly, though the second pin would likely foul the core. The dog pin falls outside the inner diameter of the plastic core but luckily if it is lined up with the key slot it will fit in there, that is what has been done here.
