I'm not sure if this map is a topographic, or a texture map because it is not explicit there, but it's likely when compared with other maps.

The file's names explained: name_1_x_10_y.stl is 1 : x * 10^y. So _1_6_10_7 is 1:600000000 or one in 60 million.

J2 Europa

Europa is the second in distance from Jupiter and the fourth in size of the Galilean moons. It is though that below the ice in the surface it is a liquid water ocean, and it was early speculated that this ocean could hold life, with the geotermal heating from the tidal interactions with Jupiter and the other Galilean Moons (Io, Ganymede and Callisto).

Type: Satellite.

Orbit: Jupiter

Orbital period: 3.551 d.

Composition: Silicate rock.
