The 3D model has been crafted using 3ds Max 2014 and is also compatible with 3ds Max 2011. It features textures in both Arch & Design as well as Standard Materials, allowing for rendering via Scanline, Mental Ray, or V-Ray engines. Pivot points are correctly positioned at the center of each object, and polygons use tris (as evident in wireframe renders). The model is low-poly, suitable for gaming applications, with two Max versions provided (2011 and 2014) for your convenience. Rendering was carried out using Mental Ray. No additional smoothing is required for this model. High-resolution textures are included, and you can view the 3D model on Sketchfab.
