You can open the model in 3DS Max 2010. There's a script available that can transform triangles to quads on any model, and it's being offered as a gift - VB_Qandrangulate. Additionally, there's a script for retopology modeling that can be used on any model, but not specifically designed for this one - Instant Meshes Bridge + Instant Meshes. The supported file formats are 3DS Max, FBX, and OBJ.
