Euro-Pro Toaster Knobs
thingiverse
We scored a fantastic Euro-Pro toaster oven at Goodwill for just $5, despite noticing that its bottom button was missing when we bought it there. After conducting some research, we discovered that this is an excellent oven, but its biggest drawback is faulty knobs, so we grabbed it quickly. Luckily, Seankmc had already created a model of the missing timer button, which saved us a lot of time and effort. However, upon closer inspection when we got home, we noticed that the middle dial was also broken and not working properly. The clever designers at Euro-Pro chose to create three different knobs with unique shaft cutouts and rotation angles, making it necessary for customers to contact them for replacement parts. Fortunately, 3D printing provides an easy solution to this problem. I took Seankmc's original design as a starting point and recreated the middle and top knobs to maintain continuity. I printed these new knobs in PLA, and they are holding up well so far; however, if they do break, I'm confident that PETG or ABS would be even better options.
