That's the design of the euro pallet model, and it's a game-changer. The model requires no supports to be printed as is, thanks to its clever design. If needed, just click three bottom parts into place or use cyanoacrylic glue for added security. The scale is 1:1 accurate, and I've successfully printed it at a smaller size of 1:20 (60mm long). To achieve this amazing wood-like effect, I used PLA with 40% wood add-on - the results are nothing short of stunning! When exporting to STL, be aware that some mesh problems may occur.
