Max resolution: 0.1mm Layer height: 0.1mm Infill density: 100% Build plate adhesion: raft (this is important to ensure the bottom layer of the gear is accurate) Print brush gear at 98% scale Print centre gear at 99% scale Mods versus original by Guenter: - Centre gear centre hole expanded to 2.75mm - Brush gear height reduced by 1mm so that it fits when gearbox lid reinstalled Quite noisy compared to originals, used WD40 Silicone Lubricant Spray which helped a bit but some thicker silicone grease might work better to reduce the noise. Very likely to be compatible with other models in the 30 series, as well as the 11 series models as these all use similar side brush gearboxes. Printed on AnkerMake M5 in PLA.
