<p>This is a lens hood for eufyCam 2C /2c Pro that helps block stray light from outside lightsources. If light shines are the lens at very shallow angles, it can lead to artifacts such as lens flares and loss of contrast.</p><p>This lens hood aims to reduce that affect by shielding the lens from other lightsources. Since the camera has no nice way of mounting things to it, the best way of securing the hood to the front is simply thing double-sided tape.</p><p>The lens hood is not 100% invisible in the image, it's a compromise between printability (overly difficult overhangs) and shadows in the extreme far corners. Make sure to print it out of a weatherproof material if used outside.</p><p>Naturally, it blocks the IR LEDs, but if you need this hood to block stray light, chances are you are not using the LEDs anyway.</p><p>The print requires fairly decent cooling, if your printer lacks that, make sure to go really slow.</p><p>Step file included.&nbsp;</p>
