This 3D model was initially developed with Sketchup 13 and later converted into various 3D formats, with its native format being .skp. To work with it in 3ds Max 2016, the file is imported, and textures are stored in the ..\3dsMaxsceneassetsimages folder. Alternatively, when exporting as an FBX file with embedded media, textures can be found alongside the FBX file. Textures can also be extracted using Sketchup (free), C4D (trial version sufficient), or Rhinoceros 3D (trial version sufficient). In Sketchup, export a 2D image under File/Export/2d Graphic - drop-down option. With C4D, importing the .skp file automatically generates a folder with textures next to the file. In 3ds Max, textures are stored in ..\3dsMaxsceneassetsimages or can be exported as an FBX file with embedded media. In Rhinoceros 3D, open Material Editor and locate the texture name under Textures, which will direct you to their location in ..\AppDataLocalTempembedded_files. Feel free to copy and paste these textures into any preferred folder.
