EUC stand, Space Invaders
thingiverse
I printed one side at low resolution, using the .4 nozzle, and the other with a larger .8 nozzle and even lower resolution. Both sides turned out equally poor in quality. The resolution didn't affect the appearance of either part since they are flat on both sides, so lower resolution is perfectly fine for this design, but the larger nozzle produced a much stronger side while consuming more plastic. I'm satisfied with the outcome after lightly sanding and giving it a coat of spray paint. I will have to attach the support structures underneath the wheel using glue since I didn't include any grooves in my original design. You can use 1-inch plywood if you prefer, just glue it together and add some paint, which will save you time, or import the model into your preferred 3D CAD software and create approximately 1mm deep grooves so that the parts fit together securely through friction. I plan to improve this design in the near future but won't reprint it since I'm happy with the current outcome. Additionally, I don't require a detachable stand, so glue is sufficient for my needs; however, I understand if you prefer a secure stand that can be disassembled. Please let me know how your print turns out.
