The original is the best 3d printed pad design on thingiverse so far, but the ribs on the design bother me. I prefer to make it as easy as possible to rock front to back, so I removed them. Final product works great on my Sherman! My CAD skills aren't up to scratch, but on other change I'd like is to move the rear peg holder slightly further back so it's in line with the back support--the bit it sticks out right now is noticeable while braking.
