Eton Traveler Stand

Stand up for your Eton Traveler Radio today by building a sturdy stand that will keep it upright and ready for action. The problem with the radio's thin base was a major issue, causing it to fall over at every turn. To solve this, I decided to create a custom stand from scratch. This stand is designed to be easy to print and assemble, making it perfect for DIY enthusiasts. I printed the stand using eSUN PEGT, but PLA will also work great with these tolerances. The radio fits snugly inside the Radio Holder, which can be angled for optimal viewing comfort. Assembly is a breeze. Simply place two washers on the outside of the base and two more between the Radio Holder and the inner base to prevent any plastic-on-plastic contact at the pivot point. Then, tighten the nuts until they're secure and adjust the resistance to your liking to keep the radio upright. Here are the hardware requirements: * 4 x 1/4" washers * 2 x 1/4" nuts * 1 x 1/4" threaded rod (6.2" long) When printing, use a 0.4mm nozzle with 3 perimeters and 20% infill for the best results. Support is necessary for the Radio Holder part to print successfully.
