Ethernet Clip
thingiverse
I created this due to an ethernet cable looping around our house, where we didn't want to punch holes in the walls when securing it to the walls. It's designed to accommodate a double-sided tape cushion measuring 25mm x 12mm. I printed this one using ABS since my PLA was blue and my ABS white, and coincidentally, our walls are white. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 4S Rafts: Yes Supports: No Notes: I required a raft on this print due to the model's minimal size. Printing it without a raft caused adhesion issues resulting from its thinness. It might work with additional adhesive support, but the printer would shake the object too much during printing, and its small size made it susceptible to lifting when one corner was raised. Post-Printing Requires a tape cushion A 25x12 mm cushion was used on the bottom to ensure adhesion to walls, ceilings, etc. How I Designed This Designed in Sketchup, sliced with Simplify3D
