Ethernet clip for 17 gauge wire nails
thingiverse
I also ran out of Ikea ethernet clips so I checked Thingiverse to see what was available. The original model had nail holes that were a bit too small for my nails, which is why I remixed it to fit what I have on hand. I'm using 1 inch long, 17 gauge wire nails. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 100% Notes: I printed these flat side down with no supports. My test print of a single clip using red ABS looks really nice, but for some reason when I printed a bunch with white ABS, the rounded end that holds the nail appears rough. They're still strong enough and work fine - and the rough side isn't noticeable unless you look really closely.
